“UniSIRAJ is committed to developing students’ potential towards excellence in the programs offered through continuous improvement and implementing an effective quality management system in providing educational services. UniSIRAJ will ensure customer requirements are met through the achievement of quality objectives to ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system.”

UniSIRAJ Quality Objectives

The quality objectives of UniSIRAJ are as follows:

a) 50% of graduates achieve a CGPA of 2.75 or above in each convocation;

b) 30% of lecturers hold a PhD qualification;

c) Staff satisfaction index exceeds 80% annually;

d) Student satisfaction index exceeds 80% annually;

e) Target of 10% international student enrollment annually; and

f) Ensure feedback on infrastructure damage complaints is addressed within 7 working days.
