How to Apply [International Applicant]

Applicants are required to refer to and follow the methods of applying online as instructed below. Therefore, if the applicant wants to submit any questions and inquiries related to the online application, you can click the picture button of the advisor line through the WhatsApp platform in the bottom menu.

LIST OF ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURES

1. Kolej Universiti Islam Perlis (KUIPs) fully adopts the Online Admission Application for New Student Admission Application.
2.  Applicants need to complete the application to enable the application to be processed to the next stage.
3.  Applicants must provide documents in Image (Photo) in JPEG format for IDENTIFICATION CARD, PICTURE, ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS (SPM, STPM, STAM, ETC) for the purpose of activating the application process.
4.  Applicants must also enter an active EMAIL for the purpose of activating the application process.
5.  The application approval process by the faculty is up to 5 – 7 working days after the complete application is received.
6.  The offer letter can be checked by the applicant by downloading it on the official website of KUIPs and no offer letter will be sent by post to the applicant.
7.  Please click on the Online Application Link under the Duty Officer in the marketing department you have contacted or click on the LINK link sent to you.

Conditional Offer Letter (COL)
International Students attending English Intensive Course (EIC) OR Students from Faculty Islamic Studies must ensure that fulfill the English Language Competency requirement of IELTS / TOEFL / Malaysia University Exam Test (MUET) and the result will submit to EMGS upon Renewal of Student Pass application within the first two (2) years of studies.

Offer Letter (OL)
To be issued for an eligible applicant whom poses English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS/TOEFL) with satisfactory grade.

Document Needed

1. A copy of Original Academic Certificate (Other than English must be translate into English version + Original version)
2. A copy of Passport (Bio-metric page and all pages with a visa information)
3. English Language Qualification (IELTS / TOEFL / Malaysia University Exam Test (MUET)
4. Photo: A passport size photograph with WHITE background (35mm x 45mm)

7. Payment for EMGS RM 3,000.00

Your visa application will be subjected to the relevant security vetting process and the eVAL will be at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Once you arrive in Malaysia, you are required to visit the immigration counter at the point of entry. Our representative will meet you before you can be cleared through Immigration.
