International Student (Instruction) -

Please read the application instructions below carefully before start your application.

Effective from September 2026 intake, all international student applications must fulfil the English language competency requirements before application.
Please refer (HERE) English language competency requirements, and only those listed will be recognized for admission purposes.
The University will only issue official offers for admission into its main academic programmers, and the English Intensive Class will no longer be offered.
Effective from the September 2026 intake also, international students are also required to submit a letter of recommendation for admission as a mandatory requirement for international student applications.
The international student admission recommendation letter can be downloaded (HERE) completed in full, and subsequently uploaded during the application process.
Only complete applications will be processed for an offer. Applicants are advised to regularly check their email for any notifications or updates from the Admissions Office.
For scholarship applications, applicants must first complete the admission application. The scholarship application form will only be provided after the applicant has received an offer of admission. The outcome of the scholarship application will be determined within a maximum of 60 days from the date of registration on campus.
The scholarship sponsorship does not cover the student visa, airfare, personal bond, visa renewal, and other related expenses.
